Diane Tatum approaches her work as a realtor/associate broker with a “take charge” attitude and always has her clients’ best interests at heart. A native of the Atlanta area, she focused on law for her education and then was in upper management for years at a national department store chain, enabling her to combine her management and negotiating skills along with creativity while involved in product development there.
Her decision to enter the field of real estate sales evolved from helping her husband build commercial buildings and purchasing and selling their own investment real estate. Her love of helping people through her numerous charity involvements, such as the March of Dimes, the American Cancer Society and Loving Arms has given her invaluable experience in combining helping her own clients achieve their goal of buying or selling their property and a great understanding of contract law in the real estate process as well.
Since real estate is a relationship based business, Diane has developed her large base successfully through her networking ability, whether in charity work or the business world in her community.
Almost all of her clients are through personal referrals from her own friends and previous clients. The unique ability to understand what her clients’ needs are enables her to also give excellent customer service.
Her team has received many Southeast regional awards for customer service and for top tier volume as well.
Her team is very dedicated and enjoy working with clients, who as many can attest, become her friends too. She is results-oriented and knows how to bring a contract to a successful conclusion, no matter what the challenge is. She is very focused and knows who to go to in order to get the job done. With her management background, her acumen for statistics and interpreting them to her clients in order to understand trends is a great asset she shares when her clients are listing or buying properties.
In order to bring her clients’ goals to a successful conclusion, Diane makes the process easy by initially explaining to them in detail the unfamiliar process of real estate contracts and how she will smoothly get them to the closing table. When she is not relentlessly working to help her clients, Diane is relaxing by playing golf with friends and family, walking the mountain with her husband Gregory and their dog Leroi, and enjoying time with their adult daughter, Katie by eating out together or vacationing at the beach.
