  • Complimentary Professional Luxury Real Estate and Lifestyle High Definition Photography and Virtual Tour.  The photographer will create a 360 Virtual Tour to be posted on the internet and you will have your own website that includes floor plans of your house

  • Optional Luxury Agent Caravan (1-3 hours and allows agents to preview your home, tell us the positives and negatives and give us their price opinion)

  • Discuss all print verbiage (Our Brochures, External Publications)

  • Discuss our showing procedures (preferred contact format, available hours, pets, children, lights, lockbox or no lockbox, appointment only option, gate codes and security)

Marketing Your Home

  • Enter listing information into the MLS and FMLS sites

  • Place a custom wood, hand-lettered “For Sale” sign on your property (sign post is the premium white wood “estate” style)

  • Notify local agents of your home listing.  We will schedule and hold an agent open house/caravan within the first two months of the listing.  At this function we typically have a catered luncheon with a substantial gift drawing: IE: iPad, Complimentary Bottle of Wine

  • Distribute Just Listed postcards to your neighborhood (options for seller, we recommend)

  • Post your home information on the internet (your home will be on 340+ websites, including the #1 Luxury website in the world

Communicating With You

  • Contact you regularly with feedback on your home and changes in the competitive market

  • Optional set contact day plan

  • Discuss all ongoing marketing activities with you

  • We are always available to talk by phone, e-mail, or text

Coordinating Your Sale

  • Present and discuss all offers with you

  • Negotiate your transaction with the other agent to assure the best possible terms for you

  • Prepare and finalize the closing for you on your home with the Closing Attorney Coordinators
